Mili Shah, DrConsultant Haematologist, King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

Dr Mili Shah is a Consultant Haematologist at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust with a specialist interest in MDS, AML and stem cell transplantation. Prior to starting as a consultant, she completed the transplant and cellular therapy fellowship at KCH. She plays an active role in current clinical trials and education- especially for FRCPath examinations for trainees. She is hoping to improve the experience of older patients being treated for AML- whether they are considered candidates for allograft for otherwise. She is currently working, alongside colleagues, on setting up a clinical trial utilising expanded cord blood in ultra-high risk AML patients.
