Renal Impairment

​​​​​​​CRESEMBA® is efficacious and well tolerated in patients with renal impairment1. Rates of treatment success and study drug-related TEAEs were similar between patients with and without renal impairment1. ​​​​​​​

In a pooled analysis from the SECURE and VITAL trials, safety and outcomes were reported in invasive aspergillosis patients with renal vs. no renal impairment treated with CRESEMBA.
