The Sleeve has been designed for patients with poor dexterity, and poor confidence with self-administration, to accompany the MyClic pre-filled pens (25mg and 50mg). It can be used with the MyClic demonstration pen for training purposes. The Sleeve is packaged in a unbranded white box and is supplied with a Instruction for Use (IFU) patient leaflet.
Enbrel branded box includes the demonstration pen and the Instruction for Use (IFU) leaflet. It is available to order for healthcare professionals who are delivering training or teaching patients once a patient has been prescribed Enbrel. The demonstration pen is only to be used for training purposes and should not be left with the patient.
An A4 instruction guide for patients who have been prescribed the MyClic pre-filled pen for administering Enbrel. The guide contains details on how to prepare for an injection, how to select an injection site, how to use and dispose of the device. Illustrations within the guide provide further support. An Enbrel Patient Card is also contained on the back page.
An A5 flyer for patients who have been prescribed Enbrel informing them about the online support programme called 'Together'. The Together programme was developed in partnership with Enbrel users, can be accessed at the patients convenience via computers, tablets or mobile. The website content personalises based on the prescribed indication, device used to administer and the duration they have been using Enbrel. For new users content is unlocked in stages over a 52-week period. For those who have been using Enbrel for a longer period the website content will be fully available and is a useful reference resource.
