Genotropin (somatropin, rbe) Helpline & Support Materials

Genotropin (somatropin, rbe) Helpline & Support Materials

Pfizer provides a comprehensive programme of ongoing patient and clinical support for every stage of Genotropin (somatropin, rbe) treatment.

Dedicated Patient Helpline

Our dedicated nurse team are on hand to support patients being treated with Genotropin. They are available to help your patients with queries on device, distribution or patient support requirements. If our team is unable to deal with the query themselves they will connect your patient to the right person to answer their questions.

Our updated service can support those patients not supported by homecare with the digital system of ordering items such as:

  • Consumables including needles, sharp bins, cool bags and devices
  • Patient literature

The service can also support clinicians in ordering personalised starter kits for patients starting on Genotropin.

Patient Guide Books

Our guide books are aimed at different stages of treatment.

‘Walking tall’ prepares childhood-onset growth hormone deficiency patients for the move to the adult clinic and encourages them to continue treatment during adulthood.

‘In your stride’ encourages adult growth hormone deficiency patients to comply with treatment and helps to reassure childhood-onset patients that they have made the right decision by continuing Genotropin (somatropin) treatment into adulthood.
