About KiranAfter graduating in Applied Sciences, my career took me from voluntary sector to social services, NHS and corporate. Working in this industry allows me to do things I’m passionate about: making a difference to people’s lives, being at the forefront of innovation and using the breadth of my experience to engage with people from all walks of life. Outside WorkI am interested in motivation and mindset, supporting the development of young people, which is great, because my own teenagers generally ignore me! My other passions are rugby and cricket, baking novelty cakes, pilates, holidays, singing and dancing!

About Andrew I have 25 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry in a variety of roles that include, field coaching, sales manager and account management. This has included a wide range of disease areas and products ranging from generic medicines to high cost specialist drugs. I enjoy working with clinicians and the NHS to improve services and pathways to provide better outcomes for patients.Outside Work Sport and the outdoors are what I really enjoy outside of work. I have coached football and basketball for many years but, now my eldest son plays hockey I am more of a spectator. This may change as my youngest gets older and starts playing sport. I love the outdoors and enjoy cycling, mountain biking and paddle boarding. With two horses also in the family I do also need to restart my lessons and get out on them as well. Contact AndrewLoading
